Ü5 was built in 1980, and was comprehensively renovated and modernised in the 2000s. The blue metal facade is visible from some distance away, and in the Düsseldorf market the property is known as„Ü5“. The total area of the bulding above ground is around 6,200 m² and it has a two-storey underground car park with 73 parking spaces.
In 2018 the new owner of the property will develop a new building on the plot.
